KKR has been involved in many of the last three decades’ biggest acquisitions, most notably that of RJR Nabisco in 1988. This aggressive yet effective leadership style characterizes George Roberts’ skills as a businessman. For more than three decades, this financial industry leader has influenced many of his colleagues with the way he carries himself and the firm.
